Administrators, Teachers, Students, and Parents Honored

At the close of the 2010-2011 school year, donations were made to the Granby Education Foundation (GEF) in honor of the teachers, administrators, parents, and students shown below. As part of the GEF's mission is to encourage educational excellence, the Foundation is thrilled to recognize the efforts of these individuals. Please join the GEF in congratulating them and applauding their hard work and dedication.

Established June 2011 Nannie Brown Tribute Fund
When Nannie Brown announced her retirement from Valley Pre-School (VPS), her fellow teachers and the VPS board of directors chose to honor and thank her for all she’s done – for the school and for Granby – by establishing the Nannie Brown Tribute Fund through the Granby Education Foundation.  A fundraising campaign for this fund is currently underway and a complete listing of donors will be published at the close of this campaign. (Donations to this fund can be sent to the GEF, P.O. Box 351, Granby, CT 06035. Specify “Nannie Brown Fund.”)
